We are a new age budget web hosting and domain names company based out of Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania. Our products and solutions are based around the web hosting and domain name registration industry.

We think different, we aim not at becoming the largest web host in the country or the largest web host by any standard, but rather to be the most accessible and the one that bridges the digital divide that presently exists in our country, Tanzania.

Where are our servers located?

To keep costs down and keep our solutions affordable to a majority of the SME Tanzanian segment our servers are located in the U.S.A, housed with one of the leading data services provider, The Planet data center through our primary service provider HostGator LLC.

 

Why aren’t our servers hosted in Tanzania?
 

• Not too many data centers, lack of adequate infrastructure
• Inherently and prohibively expensive
• Tanzania’s access to the world is only via Satelite communication, which is slow(compared to other means such as fibre), limited and darn expensive
• Power problems (A reality in our country)
